sprockets When we designed our sprocket, we had one goal. We wanted to make the strongest, longest lasting race sprocket available. One Shot sprockets begin as cold formed 7075-T6 Heat Treated aluminum. They are then blanked individually and cut on state of the art CNC machining centers. During this process, the teeth are cut in the same operation as the bolt holes to maintain optimal concentricity. After Sprockets are machined they are inspected and prepped for hard coating or anodizing. Hard coating with Teflon impregnations penetrates into the part and prolongs the life of the sprocket by about 20%.

SPROCKETbolt kit Our sprocket bolt kit was designed to resist constant loosening and eliminate stripping. It does this with a patented cam washer system that increases pressure during vibrations along with a serrated countersink bolt face that will not rotate on the sprocket. The result is a bolt kit that is half the weight of stock and stays tight without the use of tough to remove locking compounds that make quick sprocket changes difficult. |
